The international study, published inNature Human Behaviour, was led by researchers from King’s College London and Australia’s QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute. It analysed genetic information from 693,869 people of European ancestry, making it the largest genome-wide association study (GWAS) ever conducted on anxiety.
